Our office is in the Lake Union Place Building, which is in the Wallingford neighborhood near Gasworks Park. Look for a beige building with dark brown trim between Meridian & Burke Aves.
Free street parking is available but due to nearby construction, not as abundant as it once was. Please allow yourself sufficient time to find parking.
From I-5, either direction, get off at NE 45th St (University of Washington exit). At the end of the exit ramp, head west. (That means you'll be turning left if you've come from the south, and right if you've come from the north.) Go about .6 mile, heading toward the Wallingford neighborhood, and turn left at the light at Wallingford Ave. N. Landmarks are Wallingford Center on your left, QFC on right. Stay on Wallingford Ave N till you reach N 34th, then turn left, go 1-1/2 blocks, we're on the left.
Via 99 (Aurora), head north and get off just after the Aurora Bridge, at Bridge Way. The road angles right (there will be a sign pointing to the Wallingford neighborhood). At the first light, turn right on to Stone Way. Take this to N 34th and turn left. Go about 5-6 blocks, we will be on the left.
Via University Bridge, northbound. At the end of the bridge, take the first right (NE 40th St), which will loop back under the bridge and head west. You'll soon come to a 5-way stop. Take the "soft" left (you'll be on NE 40th). Next there will be a 3-way stop, at which you'll go straight. Almost immediately is another "soft" leftturn there to NE Pacific St. You will then be heading westbound with Lake Union & the Burke-Gilman trail on your left. After maybe ½ mile or so, the road bends right, at which point it becomes N 34th St. We're on the right, between Meridian & Burke Aves N.
Via Fremont Bridge, northbound. This is a good way to reach us from downtown, Belltown or Queen Anne neighborhoods. Coming from these locations, you can access the Fremont Bridge via Dexter or Westlake Aves. At the north end of the Fremont Bridge, make the first right, by Waiting for the Interurban (statues). This will put you on N 34th St. Continue eastbound, crossing traffic lights at Stone Way and then Wallingford Ave N. In another 1-1/2 blocks you will see our building on the left.
Via Montlake Bridge, northbound. Go over the Montlake Bridge & turn left on to NE Pacific St. You will stay on this street, passing the UW Medical Center complex on the left, continuing westbound. When the road ends at a T, turn left on to N Northlake Way. When you reach Gasworks Park, make a right turn on to Meridian Ave N, then the next left on to N 34th St. You will see our building immediately on the right.
Via Montlake Blvd/25th Ave NE, southbound. Opposite Husky Stadium, take the right turn that angles into NE Pacific, then proceed as above.
Please be aware that a web-based map (such as google maps or mapquest) may not provide accurate surface street directions.
We're very close to the Burke-Gilman trail. From either direction, turn off the trail by Gasworks Park and head north on either Burke or Meridian, go one block north to N 34th.
